If you are going to be many around the table, PS is built for the job. We are a bar and grill on Pilestræde in central Copenhagen with a raw New York look, where tiles, iron and low light give a setting that can hold both a quiet company dinner early in the evening and a party that ends on the dance floor once the DJ takes over.
A company party, a birthday, a bachelor or hen party, or a group dinner that simply has to be really good. With room for 190 guests in the restaurant, 60 in the lively atrium courtyard and a terrace for 70 in summer, we will find a setting that fits the occasion.
There are two ways to approach a party with us. You decide whether you want help the whole way, or whether you would rather just book and look forward to it.
Option 1: Book directly online for up to 20 people
If it needs to be quick, you can book directly for up to 20 people. You choose one of our set menus in advance, and the rest is sorted. No waiting, no back and forth. Pick a menu, book the table, and come by. That is the easy route when you know what you want and would like it confirmed straight away.
Option 2: Personal planning of your evening
If you want help putting the menu together, finding the right drinks and pitchers, or you have questions about the practical side, fill in our form. We will get back to you and plan the evening with you, from food and drink to the details that make the difference when there is something to celebrate.
That route makes sense if you are a larger group, want to hold a reception in the Gallery, or plan to carry on in the bar once dinner is done. For corporate events and product launches we set the scene so the evening fits the occasion.

For Companies
PS is used to having the company in, whether it is the dinner, the reception or the whole department’s Christmas lunch.
Company dinners
Gather the team around a long table, share plates from the grill, and let the food be the centre of an evening that looks nothing like a meeting room. The company dinner at PS is informal but with substance, and it can carry on in the bar afterwards if the mood calls for it.
Friday Bar
Bring the department to Friday Bar and start the weekend together. From 5pm the DJ plays, and you can hold a table while the first drinks turn into more. It is after-work without the fuss, and you decide how late it runs.
Company reception
When there is a milestone, an anniversary or a launch to mark, PS makes a stylish, informal setting for a reception. The Gallery and the atrium courtyard give room to mingle, and the bar makes sure the glasses are never empty for long.
Christmas lunch & summer party
The Christmas lunch and the summer party are PS specialities. There is room for big groups, high spirits and an evening that slides from food to dancing without losing its breath. In winter we gather you inside the warm, raw room, and in summer the party moves out onto the terrace.
Product launches
If a new product needs showing off, PS can give room to a presentation with space for both the reveal and networking afterwards. We adapt the set-up to suit, so your guests remember both the message and the evening.
Birthdays & bachelor and hen parties
A birthday or bachelor party at PS starts with food and usually ends on the dance floor. It is the place for groups that want to eat well, drink pitchers and carry on without changing address. We are used to the high gear, and the staff know how to keep a party running from the first snack to the last song.
Dinner and party
If you want it all in one evening, PS combines dinner and party in the same room. Start with plates from the grill, move into the bar, and stay until the DJ plays the last one. It is the classic PS night: eat, drink and dance, without having to go anywhere.
After work
Sometimes it just needs to be a quick after-work drink or an informal bite after the day. PS sits centrally on Pilestræde and is easy to meet at when the day is done and you want to sit somewhere with a good mood without planning the whole thing.
Book the terrace for your party
In summer the terrace is one of PS’s best cards for groups. The long outdoor service gives room for larger groups under open sky in the middle of the city, and it is ideal for everything from the summer party to the informal group dinner on the light evenings. Ask for the terrace when you send your enquiry.
